All items are packed with care by our small team. Please allowย 3โ€“7 business daysย for your order to be prepared and shipped.
This doesย notย include weekends or Japanese public holidays.

๐Ÿšš Shipping Options & Rates

We ship all orders from Japan using Japan Post. You can choose between the following shipping methods at checkout:

- EMS (Express Mail Service) โ€“ Delivery usually takes around 10 business days.

- Small Packet (Air Mail) โ€“ Delivery usually takes up to 30 business days.

Domestic Note: Free shipping within Japan for orders over 1,000 yen. For orders under 1,000 yen, a flat rate of 185 yen (tax included) will be charged nationwide, including Hokkaido and Okinawa.)

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

โœˆ๏ธ Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties depending on your countryโ€™s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyerย and are not included in our shipping fee.

โ— Lost or Delayed Mail

If your package hasn't moved or arrived in 30+ days (outside Japan), please contact us and we will do our best to help you look into it.

๐Ÿ” Returns & Store Credit

At this time, weย do not offer refundsย or accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g. wrong product received, damaged product*), please contact us withinย 7 daysย of delivery with your order number.
Weโ€™ll be happy to offerย store creditย or a replacement if applicable. We may ask for a photo of the issue to better assist you.

*Our keychain frames may have very light surface scuffs that occurred during the production process. These small marks do not affect functionality or the overall appearance once a photo is inside the frame, but we want to be transparent so you know what to expect. Weโ€™re actively working with our suppliers to minimize this in future batches.

Because these light scuffs are a normal part of our current production process, they are not considered damage and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
